Pharmacological effect Derinat

Derynate is an immunomodulator that affects cellular and humoral immunity. It stimulates reparative processes and has anti-inflammatory effects. Derynate also normalizes tissue condition in case of dystrophic changes of vascular origin. The preparation activates antiviral, antifungal and antimicrobial immunity, and also has a high capacity for regeneration.

On external use, Derinate may promote healing of trophic ulcers, infected wounds, and deep burns, greatly accelerating epithelization. Due to the action of Derinat, ulcerative defects on the mucous membrane heal without scar.

This preparation can be used as part of a complex therapy for the treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases, fungal, bacterial and other infections of the mucous membranes in gynecology, acute and chronic diseases of the upper respiratory tract (rhinitis, sinusitis including frontitis and sinusitis), obliterative diseases of the lower extremities, trophic ulcers, gangrene, infected and long-term non-healing wounds (including in diabetes mellitus), burns, frostbite, post-radiation necrosis of the skin and mucous membranes, and hemorrhoids.

Method of application and dose Derinat

The dosage and manner of administration of the drug Derinate depend on the pathology and location.
SARS prevention: in each nasal passage, 2 drops of the drug are injected 2-4 times a day for 1-2 weeks.
Respiratory diseases: At the first symptoms, 2-3 drops are applied to each nasal passage every 1-1.5 hours during the first day, followed by 2-3 drops to each nasal passage 3-4 times a day. Duration of therapy - from 5 days to 1 month.
Inflammatory diseases of the nasal cavity and sinuses: the preparation is buried in 3-5 drops in each nasal passage 4-6 times a day for 7-15 days.
Inflammatory diseases of the mouth: rinse with the solution of the drug 4-6 times a day (1 bottle for 2-3 rinses). The duration of the therapy course is 5-10 days.
Gynecologic infections: Intravaginal tampons or irrigation of the vagina and cervix 1 or 2 times a day for 10 to 14 days
Hemorrhoids: rectal injection with microenemas; dose is 15 to 40 mL. The duration of treatment is 4-10 days.
Ophthalmological diseases: in severe inflammatory and dystrophic processes, the drug is poured into the eyes 1-2 drops 2-3 times a day for 14-45 days.
Lower limb obliterative diseases: the drug is buried in 1-2 drops in each nasal passage 6 times a day. The duration of the course is up to 6 months.
When treating wounds, burns, trophic ulcers and other injuries: apply application dressings with the preparation 3-4 times a day or treat the surface with a preparation from a spray device 4-5 times a day.
The course of treatment can range from 5 days to 1-3 months depending on the disease and its characteristics.
