Pharmacological properties

Components for Ovariamin, obtained from the ovaries of cattle, are a complex of proteins and nucleoproteins that have a selective effect on the cells of a woman's ovaries, which helps to normalize their hormone and gamete-forming functions.

Clinical studies of the effect of Ovariamin were carried out in 180 women with climacteric syndrome of various etiologies (involutionary, postoperative), as well as with ovarian wasting syndrome. The effectiveness of the use of Ovariamin was assessed by the dynamics of complaints, data from laboratory, functional and instrumental studies.

In a laboratory study of the indicators of the neuroendocrine system, a significant decrease in the level of FSH in the blood was noted, as well as a tendency to a decrease in ACTH and TSH. The revealed changes in the hormonal status of patients against the background of the use of Ovariamin correlate with the positive dynamics of the clinical picture, which may indicate an increase in the functional activity of the glandular tissue of the ovaries.

In patients with ovarian depletion syndrome, the use of Ovariamin in 58% of cases caused the menstrual cycle to normalize, helped to reduce the asthenovegetative and asthenoneurotic manifestations of the disease.

Clinical studies on the use of Ovariamin were carried out in 31 patients of various reproductive ages with a low ovarian reserve and a period of hormonal infertility from 2 to 7 years. In the dynamics of treatment, the hormonal profile, the results of functional diagnostics tests before assistive technologies were assessed. The content of hormones (FSH, LH, estradiol and progesterone) in the blood serum was determined by radioimmunoassay.

After the use of Ovariamin in women under the age of 25-30, who had previously undergone surgery (mainly ovarian resection), there was a good hormonal response to stimulation of the ovaries before in vitro fertilization (IVF). A significant improvement in the quality of life of patients was revealed: a decrease in fatigue, an improvement in memory, psycho-emotional stability in stressful situations, a normalization of appetite, an increase in muscle tone and a decrease in the depressive radical. Mode of application

Ovariamin® is recommended to be taken orally 15-20 minutes before meals with water, without chewing.
Adults are prescribed 1-3 tablets. 2-3 times / day
